Financial accounting
The parts accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as asset accounting are completely integrated in SAP and can be used without industry-related further developments. In addition, an electronic equipment management tool (hardware, laptops, furnishings, etc.) which enables an automatic barcode-based stock taking for every location can be offered.
Accounts receivable and risk management
Checking acceptance of assignments or credit notes relies on a dynamic set of regulations depending on the type of assignment and the client?s risk category. Controlling
A comprehensive results accounting completes the traditional overhead controlling based on different types of costs and cost centers. Main feature is a central catalogue of different key figures (e.g. sales, net contribution, utilization, billed hours, deferred hours, etc.) that offers preconfigured analyses for partners, employees, offices, advisory services, and all other client attributes.
Time and travel management
With SAP Cross-Application-Time-Sheet registering hours and business trips becomes very easy. An offline feature was added to the application so that every employee can enter time and business trip data with his laptop even without a connection to the SAP system. The data will automatically be synchronized with SAP later.
Client and billing
After entering all hours, travel expenditures, and further expenses, a comprehensive overview on the client?s ledger is available and invoices can be processed in real-time.
The heart of the service provider solution by SAP is the resource-related billing called 'DP91'. 'DP91' is used to be able to decide, at any given moment, which hours are to be billed and which are to be deferred. Fixed price assignments and billing plans can also be used.

This customized solution supports the employees in browsing a client?s history as well as maintaining this history. For every contact, there is a broad range of items that can be attached to the contact. Another function of contact management is the appointment and progress tracking. With this function it is easy to document different events such as customer pitches (phone calls, visits, etc.)
Activities
The action management function is closely connected to the contact management and acts as another component of the client relationship management system. Action management allows easy planning and execution of different activities, efficiently addressing the right contact persons.
Conflict Check
Assessing the compliance with basic principles of unbiased and independent professionalism as well as avoiding conflicts of interest is part of the system. For every new assignment a 'Conflict Check' is performed.
Peer Audit
The solution also offers valuable support regarding the Peer Reviews that a required by law for German auditors and accounting firms since December 2000.
